چکیده
Abstract The specific topological changes in dynamic functional networks and their role cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) brain function reorganization remain unclear. This study aimed to investigate the connection (dFC) of patients with CSM, focusing on temporal characteristics state patterns variability network organization. Eighty-eight CSM 77 healthy controls (HCs) were recruited for resting-state magnetic resonance imaging. We applied sliding time window analysis method K-means clustering capture dFC two groups. graph-theoretical approach was used variance organization whole-brain networks. All participants showed four types states. mean dwell 2 significantly different between Particularly, longer group than control group. Among states, switching relative mainly included executive (ECN), salience (SN), default mode (DMN), language (LN), visual (VN), auditory (AN), precuneus (PN), sensorimotor (SMN). Additionally, properties variable CSM. Dynamic states may offer new insights into intrinsic activities suggest instability

Intrinsic Functional Plasticity of the Sensory-Motor Network in Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy
Several neuroimaging studies have suggested brain reorganisation in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM); however, the changes in spontaneous neuronal activity that are associated with connectedness remain largely unknown. In this study, functional connectivity strength (FCS), a data-driven degree centrality method based on a theoretical approach, was applied for the first time t...

The treatment and outcome of cervical dystonia (CD) with myelopathy (CDM) varies among studies. We retrospectively reviewed the clinical features, neuroimages, methods of treatment, and modified Rankin scale (mRS) score of patients with CDM in our hospital. There were seven male and three female patients, with a mean age of 53 years. The mean age at onset of CD was 24.9 years, with a mean inter...

Cervical spondylotic myelopathy.
Cervical spondylosis is a condition in which there is progressive degeneration of the intervertebral joints of the cervical spine. It is widespread throughout the adult population such that is has been estimated that on the basis of plain X-rays 50% over the age of 50 years and 75 % over the age of 65 suffer from the condition. It is indeed fortunate that only a small proportion suffer from the...
